KARL JENKINS
Karl’s professional credits include working with some of the largest entertainment companies in the world. Karl contributed to the critical success of several Cirque du Soleil shows all over the world over the past ten years as the Head of Lighting, Project Manager and Technical Director specialising in visual technology.
Karl brings a breadth of experience specifically with advanced video systems on the disguise platform. Most recently Karl has worked with Franco Dragones House of Dancing Water and La Perle as Technical Director before undertaking the role of Head of Technical Production at EXPO 2020 in Dubai.

BEN M. ROGERS
Ben is a self-proclaimed creative junkie and technical geek who wears many hats. His impressive international portfolio showcases his theatrical heritage and features a diverse selection of projects.
Ben's multi-disciplinary design work includes lighting, scenic design, and visual production for international shows, festivals, and concerts. He has also designed award-winning hospitality venues, theme parks, and corporate events, making him a versatile and sought-after designer.

Gent is a seasoned creative communicator with a wealth of experience in the marketing, public relations, and event industries. His skills range from marketing management and digital strategy to social media, integrated marketing, advertising, retail, and brand experience communication.
As a skilled and innovative business development professional, Gent possesses a deep understanding of products, market conditions, and customer preferences.
He is a natural leader and team player, with a passion for collaborating with top brands and products. His impressive portfolio includes working with Nike, Vodafone, Absolut Vodka, Marshall, Louis Vuitton, H&M, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, HBO, and many other top brands.
BENGAN HOVGARD
Bengan's entrepreneurial background includes developing businesses in the hospitality, leisure, and production sectors. He has extensive administration and management experience, including delivering large-scale event and hospitality projects around the world.
As a crucial member of the team, Bengan's role involves overseeing administration, budgeting, financials, and the challenging task of keeping the creatives on track. He has a natural ability to balance the business side of things with the creative process.
Bengan is also a skilled AV designer with a passion for delivering integrated technology solutions to the entertainment and hospitality industry. His expertise in this area has made him a valuable asset to any project he takes on.
